WELCOME TO THE TRANSITION CENTER HOME PAGE!! 

The Transition Center provides opportunities for young adults who are 18 - 21 years of age and who have completed their high school requirements and who qualify for services.

Transition assists with developing necessary tools to progress from high school to adult life.

Experiences and opportunities are offered to ensure that students will be able to obtain individual goals and acquire the knowledge and skills needed to access appropriate community resources and agencies.
